We obey the Australian Consumer Laws (ACL) placed upon Australian retail businesses.

Although the ACL states that goods may not be returned simply because of change of mind, we're happy to offer you an exchange under these circumstances.

Goods sent in for refund or exchange must be in an unworn condition , unless of course the return is due to a "Major Failure"*, again please contact us via email.
Please note original packaging and price tag is not required in order to return an item.

In terms of costs to ship back to us, in the event of a "Major Failure"* we will refund you the cost of shipping, providing you can prove the transaction amount (ie post office receipt, bank transaction evidence, etc).
Alternatively we can mail you out a prepaid satchel to our address. Again, please email us!
If you are returning to simply exchange (ie change of mind or any other circumstance that is not our fault) we would ask you to please cover the cost of returning the item(s).

*Major Failure: If we ship you out the wrong item that you ordered, or if the garment falls apart after one use of reasonable wear, any other unexpected flaws that are clearly different from product images or reasonable expectations, etc.

When we say "reasonable", please be reasonable :)
